Return Policy
We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations you may return it to us and receive an exchange subject to item availability. All exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days from the date your order is received. Any exchanges postmarked after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you. We will be happy to honor all returns and exchanges based on the following criteria:
Exchanges
Only items that have been purchased from Sweet Additions can be exchanged if:
- The item is unworn.
- All original tags are attached.
- The item is free of stains, smoke, alterations or other damages caused by the customer.
- Item is in its original or suitable packaging.
- * Please note that Sweet Additions reserves the right of final approval on all returns and exchanges.
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange process. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If you are exchanging an item due to an error on the part of Sweet Additions or there are issues with the quality of your product, we will make an exchange, pay for your return shipping costs and the shipping cost of the correct item back to you via standard ground delivery.
All Sale items are final unless the item you received is different than what you ordered.
